John Deere dealer Tellus Equipment Solutions based in Katy, Texas, announced it has acquired Bramlett Implement, a John Deere dealership in Stephenville, Texas. Tellus says it will retain Bramlett’s employees and continue to operate the Stephenville location. The acquisition extends Tellus’ reach to 55 counties — Bramlett is in Erath County — and 25 locations throughout South and Central Texas.

“Our acquisition of Bramlett will bring a wider selection of equipment and parts to the customers in the region,” says Jeff Donaldson, CEO of Tellus.

Tellus says it has a strategic growth initiative aimed at expanding its footprint while strengthening the ability to serve customers through expanded equipment selection, parts inventory and customer support.
