University of Florida Plans New Center for Applied Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture

The University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences is preparing to construct a new Center for Applied Artificial Intelligence in Wimauma, a rural area in Hillsborough County. The project, which is estimated to cost around $20 million, aims to enhance the use of artificial intelligence in agriculture. The center will include a state-of-the-art research shop equipped with the necessary tools and equipment for the design and development of robotic technologies for agriculture.
