The North Carolina-based dealers Charlotte Tractor and Lake Norman Tractor announced that the two are merging to become Highway Equipment & Tractor, a division of Highway Equipment Company. The new Kubota dealers are located on Starita Road in Charlotte and Statesville Road in Cornelius. There are now three total Kubota dealers under Highway Equipment & Tractor in the United States after this move.
