Plainfield, NH -- Townline Equipment, a family-owned and award-winning Kubota dealership group with five locations in New Hampshire, Vermont and New York, has purchased the Greenville Saw Service Kubota dealership in Greenville, New York. With the acquisition, Townline adds their sixth location and expands its service area into Greene and Ulster counties in New York.
“Greenville Saw Service has been serving customers in the Capital Region and Catskills since 1972 when John Bensen began selling chainsaws from the basement of his home,” says Townline Equipment President Matt Marrazzo. “The Bensen family’s reputation for excellent product, parts and service and their commitment to their employees fits well with our culture of taking care of our customers, employees and the communities we serve.”
As an Elite Kubota dealer, Townline will offer the full line of Kubota products at the Greenville location including tractors, compact construction equipment, utility vehicles, turf and hay products.
Founded in 1971, Townline Equipment has grown from a family-owned single store dealership with four employees to a second-generation family-owned group of six dealerships across New Hampshire, Vermont and New York.
“We’re now 80 employees strong,” says Marrazzo. “We look forward to bringing more jobs to the Greenville location in the near future as we grow our service teams and expand our product and service solutions. We appreciate the trust the Bensen family has placed in us and we look forward to becoming a cornerstone in Greenville for years to come.”
