Beginning Sept. 8, 2020, AGCO dealer Plevna Implement Co. celebrates 75 years in business with a nearly weeklong slate of promotions and activities to mark the milestone.
Celebrating at its 2 locations in Kokomo and Nappanee, Plevna runs daily customer appreciation promos. The Tuesday Sept. 8, 2020 promotion kicks off with a 10% discount on AGCO tractor parts.
In 1945, Emerson P. Shrock and brother James F. Shrock opened the Plevna garage in Plevna, Ind. The two began selling Oliver tractors upon returning from World War II. The business continued throughout the years, overcoming challenges and celebrating victories and expanding its offerings along the way. To memorialize the achievements and the dedication of the Shrock brothers, attendees are given a free 75th anniversary hat and t-shirt.
Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, the dealership hosts a Field Day at the Kokomo location. Attendees can take in a live IDEAL Combine corn harvest demonstration from 10am-3pm, and the dealership offers a "Ride n' Drive" test drive for attendees throughout the day.
Additional daily promotions include: Free pickup/delivery on all equipment for servicing on Wednesday; $100 off the purchase of any equipment on Thursday; and 10% off AGCO harvest equipment parts on Friday.
