Broadview Heights, Ohio — Ohio Machinery Co. (Ohio AG Equipment, Northern Ohio Peterbilt and Ohio Cat), recently acquired the property and buildings formerly owned and operated by Magnam Truck and Equipment in Lima, Ohio.

Ohio Ag Equipment, an AGCO and CLAAS dealer, offers machinery, parts and service support to the surrounding agricultural community. Lima will become its sixth dedicated location.

Purchased on April 10, 2019, the property includes approximately 198 acres of land. The newly acquired property includes 3 separate operating facilities totaling approximately 42,100 square feet. The company is assembling plans for the facilities and will offer products and services from all of its product lines. Additionally, the available land offers opportunities for equipment demonstrations and events to be held on-site.

Ohio Machinery Co. is a Caterpillar, Peterbilt and AGCO dealer with 31 locations in Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.
