FREDERICKTOWN, Ohio — Ag Info Tech LLC., an ag-based technology dealer, announced today that the Ag Info Tech Board of Directors has chosen Matt Culler as the next chief executive officer. Culler, who currently serves as Ag Info Tech’s chief operating officer, will succeed Tim Norris, the company’s founder and current CEO, effective Jan. 31, 2019.
Ag Info Tech was founded by Norris in 2004. Norris sold 50% of the company to Ashland, Ohio based cooperative Town & Country Co-op, now Centerra Co-op in 2010 and 30% of the company to Marion, Ohio based cooperative Central Ohio Farmers Co-op, Inc in 2017. Norris has now sold his remaining shares to incoming CEO Matt Culler and Ag Info Tech team member Derik Geitgey.

Norris expressed his confidence the future of Ag Info Tech. "I feel like God has led me to this decision and I truly feel this decision is what’s best for Ag Info Tech, its team, partners and customers," said Norris.
