Family Owned Business: FUN or DysFUNctional? [Webinar]

WEDA-Logo.pngA family owned business should be a lot of fun as siblings have an opportunity that most people don’t have.  That should be exciting and rewarding.  Instead, it can lead to dysfunction, heartache and pain.

This webinar has three parts. First, is to introduce you to some of the family dysfunctions that I’ve worked with.  Second, is to discuss strategies for a family-owned business to be fun. Third, is speaking to the employee group how to survive a toxic family-owned business.

You'll learn:

  • Corporate strategies to run the Dealership as a business.
  • Parental strategies to work successfully with a family-owned business.
  • Children will learn about their special roles in the family business.
  • Psychological strategies to survive a toxic workplace environment.

This FREE webinar was brought to you by Farm Equipment magazine and the Western Equipment Dealers Association and the Dealer Institute.
