John Deere informed its dealers this week that it is partnering with Norwood Sales Inc., Horace, N.D., on a compact disc. “This partnership will leverage Norwood’s Kwik-Till machine form to manufacturer a John Deere branded high-performance disc sold through John Deere dealerships,” the memo sent to dealers says.
The memo goes on to say that dealers who currently have a contract with Norwood to sell the Kwik-Till be contacted in the coming weeks. In addition, Deere will be introducing a anew vertical tillage tool as well. The products will be formally introduced to dealers during an online new product announcement in August.
In the memo Deere says, “We know our customers’ needs for managing residue and preparing seedbeds continue to evolve. In order for us to remain relevant, our portfolio of solutions must also continue to evolve to meet these quickly changing demands.”
