Kearney, Neb. — AGROdeviate announces the acquisition of W&A Mfg. Co. of Pine Bluff Arkansas. The purchase includes the entire line of W&A products as well as the Pine Bluff manufacturing facility where operations will continue.

W&A Mfg. Co. has been serving the agriculture industry with specialized equipment delivering quality and value since 1954. W&A Mfg. is known for the Level Bander and other bed making and seedbed conditioning tools for Delta farms. W&A also serves the rice producer with the W&A Levee Plow and P.T.O. Ditcher, as well as other row and water management products.

AGROdeviate will continue with the W&A Mfg. Co. brand and the distinguished dealer network. The W&A product line will also be complemented with the Hawkins Ag designs as they fit and Product Innovation will accelerate thru AGROdeviate engineering contributions.
