About the Presenter
Michael Piercy is the Director of Business Development for the Western Equipment Dealers Assn. and has almost 20 years’ experience in organizational, leadership development and succession planning.
He’s worked exclusively 
with the agricultural and construction equipment industry for the last 10 years, designing and developing strategic initiatives to promote dealership growth. His current role, working with WEDA’s Dealer Institute and Equipment Dealer Consulting, allows him to guide dealer organizations through training and consultative projects, as well as, merger, acquisition, and succession planning.
