PASCO, Wash. — RDO Equipment Co. announces Tassie Alderliesten as store manager of the Pasco location. Effective immediately, Alderliesten is working closely with the general manager, Darrell Olson, to lead store operations, as well as partnering with all department managers to ensure proper execution of store activities and an environment that offers the best customer experience.

Alderliesten began her career with RDO Equipment in 2007, as a service administrator for the Pasco store. From there, she transitioned to the role of service writer and, most recently, held the position of service manager. As she has spent her entire career with RDO. focused on service, Alderliesten says she’s looking forward to working with all departments and building closer relationships with customers.

“I’m eager to get my hands in everything; to be able to make an impact and help our team grow,” she said. “I’m especially excited about the opportunity to spend more time with our customers, learn more about their challenges and successes, and ensure we’re delivering for them across all departments.”

Olson, a longtime team member at the Pasco store, began working with Alderliesten when she started in the service department nearly a decade ago. He says he has enjoyed watching her grow and take a service department that was, by his own recollection, “satisfactory,” and build it into one he now calls, “impressive and one that sets the example for other RDO Equipment Co. stores.”

He continued, “I’m extremely pleased to be working with Tassie in her new role as store manager. She has jumped right in, she’s committed, and I have no doubt she will be an effective leader for our team at the Pasco store.”
