Archbold Equipment Co. has named Kevin Laethem location manager of the Adrian Case IH dealership. He will also manage the Archbold Equipment Turf and Contractor store in Adrian.   

“Kevin brings decades of dealership experience and a passion for red equipment to our organization,” Zach Hetterick, Archbold Equipment CEO said. “His enthusiasm is contagious. He still knows this business inside and out. The sales leadership skills and strategic mind he possess will strengthen the Adrian location.”

Laethem began his career as a salesman for B&W Farm Center and Karbowski Implement. Later he served as general manager at Heritage Equipment and then at B&W Farm Center, which had 3 locations, before it was sold. For the last 15 years he has operated his own insurance agency.

“I can’t wait to be back in a business I feel right at home in. I’m fortunate to join an experienced staff that is known for their exceptional customer service that dates back decades,” Laethem said. “Being part of Archbold Equipment's future plans is energizing. I’m looking forward to getting out on farms of all colors."

Laethem grew up in a dealership and is the third generation in the farm equipment business. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, an auctioneer and an American FFA Degree recipient. He is relocating to the Adrian area from St. Louis, Mich.
