Deere & Co. released its latest retail sales comment on July 11. In the report, John Deere compares its retail sales for the month of June and May inventories to those of the industry as a whole.
Deere’s high horsepower tractors sales were down more than the industry, which was down 26%. But, Deere’s combine sales for June were up more than the industry, which saw a 13% increase in combine sales during June. When it came to dealer inventories, Deere dealers’ inventories of high horsepower tractors and combines were lower than the industry.
