CHICKASHA, Okla. – Livingston Machinery Co. is expanding its territory with a location in Dalhart, Texas, scheduled to open Feb. 1, 2016. The Chickasha, Okla.-based company has entered into an agreement to purchase the Ag Division of Warren Cat, who currently operate in Dalhart, Amarillo, Lubbock and Enid, Okla. With this acquisition, Livingston Machinery will expand its product line to feature Challenger and AgChem equipment by AGCO that includes TerraGator and RoGator.
“We have proudly served our customers across Oklahoma and north Texas for over 25 years and look forward to diversifying products and availability to farmers in these regions. With AGCO equipment like Challenger Tractors, TerraGator and RoGator, we now offer a full line to meet the needs of our customers,” said Shawn Skaggs, COO/executive vice president of Livingston Machinery Co. “We are excited to bring our caliber of customer service to Dalhart and surrounding communities.”
In addition to Challenger and AgChem products, the traditional lines of AGCO, such as Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Sunflower, Hesston, White Planters and Gleaner will be available. As with each of the 5 other locations, Livingston Machinery will offer their expansive access to parts and outstanding service to the new Dalhart location. Experienced technicians and sales associates, along with new team members look forward to meeting the agricultural needs of West Texas and Eastern New Mexico.
Livingston Machinery Company will be fully operational at the new location by February 2016.
