WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Agricultural equipment industry leader and global sales and marketing executive Doug Griffin has joined The Context Network, and will serve the firm as a senior associate. He will put to work his 27 years of senior level experience, providing an important catalyst to Context's management consulting service offerings within and across the ag equipment industry.

Prior to joining Context, Griffin served as vice president Global Brand and Product Management, vice president Global Marketing and various additional senior leadership roles for AGCO Corp. He began his career working with Caterpillar Inc.
Dedicated to the industry in which he works, Griffin maintains active advisory roles on several agriculture industry-related boards, including Purdue University School of Agriculture Large Commercial Producer Board, the University Of Georgia College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Dean's Advisory Council, and he is a member of the Executive Steering Committee for AgriNovis Indiana.
He has also served on the National FFA Foundation Sponsors Board, and is a National Malcolm Baldrige Fellow. He holds an agricultural engineering degree from Purdue University.
