Phillips’ resume includes over 25 years of executive planning, administration, communications and marketing experience. He has an MBA from the Univ. of St. Thomas and a BSBA in finance with a minor in economics from the Univ. of Minnesota. Phillips has served in various roles during his career leading teams to successes and positive results.
“I look forward to continuing the tradition and leadership of service to members that have been established at WEDA,” Phillips says. “I am dedicated to this role because our organization provides vital services and a proactive approach for our industry. The Western Equipment Dealers Association plays a key role in supporting and developing our members’ service to their customers, the employees they hire and the manufacturers, suppliers and all others who support the industries we serve.”
Phillips will report to John Schmeiser, recently named chief executive officer of WEDA.
