CLAAS of America has announced the addition of Smith's Equipment Sales of Lougheed, AB, to its dealer network.

The move, part of a planned dealership expansion in Canada, will ensure that CLAAS customers in the region will receive a higher level of support.

“Canada is an important world market for CLAAS. We recently opened a Parts and Logistics Centre in Regina and are now taking similar measures to ensure our dealer network throughout the country is just as strong,” explained Christopher Gittens, vice president of dealer development for CLAAS of America.

Smith’s Equipment Sales will carry a broad line of CLAAS equipment including LEXION combines, XERION tractors, and CLAAS balers and hay tools. Having served the area for nearly a decade, Smith’s Equipment Sales is well prepared to handle the new line of high-performance equipment.
