61% of Dealers Expecting 1-5% of Employees to Retire Next Year

According to a recent Farm Equipment text poll, a majority of dealers are forecasting some degree of their workforce to retire next year. Almost 54% of dealers are expecting 1-5% of their workforce will retire, while 39% are expecting no retirements in 2024. Another 5% of dealers said 6-10% of their total employment will retire in 2024, and 2.4%of dealers said 16-20% of their employees will retire.
