To help get the sales team up to speed on products, Ag Authority sales manager Greg Shabaga holds field demos. During the demos, Shabaga asks each salesperson to show him how to perform certain functions of the equipment. This helps them not only understand the equipment better and trouble shoot for customers, but also prepares them to hold customer demos as well.
