Minnesota Dealer Miller Sellner Acquires Rabe International

Miller Sellner Implement of Minnesota announced the recent acquisition of Rabe International Inc. of Fairmont, Minn. According to New Ulm, Minn., newspaper, The Journal, the acquisition makes Miller Sellner a 4-store Case IH dealership.

Established in 1964, Miller Sellner is a third generation, family owned dealership with locations in Sleepy Eye, Bingham Lake, Slayton and now Fairmont, Minn. The dealership also carries Case Construction, Cub Cadet, Grasshopper, Ski-doo, Can-am and Bobcat.

According to a Facebook post from Rabe International, their employees from the Fairmont dealership will now be part of Miller Sellner.
