Arthur Lepp, General Manager of Greenland Equipment (Farm Equipment’s 2018 Dealership of the Year), shares his experiences using work internships for high school students as a local recruitment strategy. This has been especially helpful in finding and retaining talented young technicians, some of who have gone on to hold leadership and management roles within the dealership.
