Leo Johnson, owner of Johnson Tractor, explains how added features in the shop of the newly renovated Janesville, Wis., store help increase productivity. The dealer added 2 cranes, red grid lines on the floor and 6 bay doors to its new 20,000-square foot shop, as well as in floor heat and air conditioning.
