Leo Johnson, owner of Johnson Tractor, explains how the expo center in the newly renovated Janesville, Wis., store helps salespeople bring in sales by showing equipment out of the cold. Johnson says the expo center also draws new people to the dealership through the events and meetings held in the room by non-profit organizations.
